2012 Homecoming Events and Activities
Thursday, October 18
WHS Athletic Hall of Fame
Make plans now to attend this event to honor WHS athletes and their accomplishments.
Proceeds provide scholarships for WHS graduating seniors.
Friday, October 19
Homecoming Parade - 3:00 p.m.
Honor classes may also join the festivities by entering a float in the Homecoming parade. Look for entry forms in the Waxahachie Daily Light. Direct any questions you may have to Kim Axtell at WHS - (972) 923-4600.
Homecoming Game - 7:00 p.m.
Come out and cheer the Indians to victory! Pre-game activities gegin at 7:00 p.m. with kick-off scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Honor classes wishing to sit together should contact Kim Axtell at WHS - (972) 923-4600.
Saturday, October 20
Waxahachie Legacy Run - 8:00 a.m.
Join the Legacy 5K Run and Walk which will start and end at Lumpkins Stadium. Sponsorship opportunities and vendor booths are also available.

Homecoming Luncheon - 11:30 a.m.
All WHS Ex-Students and their guests are invited to attend the 51st annual WHS Ex-Students' Association Luncheon at the Ninth Grade Academy Cafeteria at 275 Indian Drive, just across from the High School. Tickets are $12 in advance; $15 at the door.
This year's honor classes are those who graduated in years ending in '2 or '7. For a list of reunion events and activites for those classes, click here.
