WHS EX-STUDENTS' ASSOCIATION AWARDS

Who's Who and Hall of Fame 

All award nominations must be submitted to the Honors Committee by September 10, 2012.  

Each year the Ex-Students’ Association rewards excellence by selecting and honoring fellow alumni who have distinguished themselves in either their business or profession, have continued to promote "Excellence in Education’" or have a genuine desire to help others. These awards help foster a sense of community and school pride in alumni and allow for the achievements of WHS graduates to be recognized.

The following awards are given each year at the annual Ex-Students' Honors and Awards Luncheon:

Ø  Who's Who Award - This award honors those individuals who have excelled in their business or profession.

Ø  Hall of Fame Award - This award honors those individuals who have gone above and beyond the call of duty in civic or social obligations or in the volunteer capacity.

Ø  Outstanding Educator Award - This award honors those individuals who have demonstrated their passion and dedication to education.

To nominate an individual for the Who's Who or Hall of Fame award, please use the attached Award Nomination form. All nomination forms should be returned to the WHS Honors Committee, P.O. Box 2894, Waxahachie, TX  75168.
